A Brilliant Discussion by our Team + Panel at Bisnow’s LA Multifamily Market Outlook

A packed audience showed up to hear the industry leaders of Multifamily Development discuss the role of technology in the industry’s future at Bisnow’s LA Multifamily event in February 2018. Our own Adrian Goldstein was featured next-to-middle on the discussion panel. It was unanimous, to scale the viability of leasing potential, tech is a key player. Tenants care about living better and these days, tech defines that.

We get it. That’s why with the opening of our 60-unit KODO property in Koreatown, tenants will each receive a tablet that offers home automation, including temperature control, lighting control and security. This system also allows for the reporting of maintenance issues and tenants can plug into local happenings, nearby restaurants and local events.

“We feel like we’re in the hospitality business,” our co-founder and partner Adrian Goldstein said. “It’s not just about providing four walls and an open space, it’s about providing residents with the entire guest experience.”
