New Project: Los Feliz

Posted on January 29, 2019

Two blocks west of Hillhurst Blvd shops and dining and just up the road from our famed Villa Carlotta sits a quiet 78-unit apartment complex. In December 2018, we officially acquired this sought-after property. With boundless potential, our newest multifamily project will thrive on a CGI-inspired facelift and our trademark addition of community enhancement features.

Los Feliz is a relaxed L.A. neighborhood. It exudes a small town feel where both established families and up-and-coming creative types call home. The town has a higher than average walkability score with easy access to old-timey restaurants, bars, hip shops and unique cafes. It’s also home to Vista Theatre, the acclaimed (and still operating) 1923 single-screen movie theater. The neighborhood is close to both Griffith Park, the Greek Theatre and Griffith Observatory.

We are excited about what this new acquisition means to this small community, and also to our investment partners.
