New Hire – Meet Mario Lopez

Posted on August 17, 2018

CGI is thrilled to welcome Mr. Mario Lopez to the team as our Vice President of Development & Construction. He hails from some top general contracting firms and has spent several years perfecting his trade at the hands of LA’s finest real estate developers. He says he is deeply honored to work for the greatest of the greats – Adrian Goldstein and Gidi Cohen.

Mario was born and raised in Los Angeles and earned his Bachelor degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. His goals for CGI include adding value from his previous experience in the multifamily sector and through his ambition for real estate development. He hopes to help CGI expand its footprint in the Los Angeles multifamily market and do so in an efficient, economical and strategic way. He would also like to grow CGI’s professional and investor network, bringing new partners to quality, high-yielding and sustainable real estate design and construction

He is also excited to just have fun working with his new CGI family. In his free time, Mario enjoys spending time outdoors surfing, camping and traveling.
