La Brea: The Hotel Concept

We are analysts and developers, community advocates and investigators. Since we assimilate into every community where we develop properties, we are often the first to know what locals and visitors want and need. Simultaneously, we maintain a 30,000-foot view and our connection with lenders and banks keeps us in the know of any potential changes in the finance market. We are constantly revisiting our original pro forma to ensure we meet and/or beat investment-return projections. This is why we just knew it was time to introduce the hotel concept into our La Brea project. An area that attracts more shopping, dining and reliable public transportation, also attracts transient visitors who need an uplifting and comfortable place to stay. With very few residential hotels in the neighborhood, we are meeting a need that we see increasing in the coming months and years.
