Inspired Living is for Everyone

Posted on March 26, 2019

We aim to create socially and economically responsible residences with a strong community focus. To do this, we rely on strong market research. Our due diligence process includes a period of time when part of our team assimilates into the community, getting to know the people who live there and the most popular places they frequent. Each CGI development is a melting pot of the entire neighborhood.

We want to see an end to the redlining, in which opportunity and comfortable living are limited to certain zip codes. Our communities evenly distribute opportunity to all who care to experience inspired living and wellness. We believe that bringing people of different backgrounds and economic stature together creates a collective experience in which residents can impact each other and the world around them.

The solution is simple, from the very beginning of the acquisition process, a predetermined number of units are allocated as affordable. This unit collection is worked into the pro forma numbers from day one, therefore the returns we project are inclusive of the help being afforded to the community. Never has making a difference in another person’s life been so easy. Without these allocations, certain subset groups would never have the chance to meet each other. Inspired and affordable housing is the platform from which opportunity grows.
