Arbor 18: The Healthiest Building in Brooklyn

Posted on February 28, 2019

We are so excited to present the recently completed ground-up development at “Arbor Eighteen.” Sales have officially launched with studios, one, two and three- bedroom residences priced from $530,000 to $1,900,000. Located in Greenwood Heights, Brooklyn, at 185 18th Street, our newest residential building consists of eleven stories and 73 condominiums.

The project is known across New York for its proximity to some of Brooklyn’s best parks and is itself a green sanctuary, with lush outdoor space and soothing interiors. Wellness-oriented amenities induce calm and promote a healthy lifestyle.

This serene experience begins with the building’s three green spaces which include a landscaped courtyard Zen garden and roof deck. Other amenities include; a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga studio, a meditation room, an infrared sauna, a library with a fireplace, a private lounge space with billiards table, screening area and a private dining room with kitchenette, an attended lobby, a day-lit children’s playroom, bike and stroller storage, private storage, onsite parking with electric car chargers, a pet spa and an auxiliary laundry room for oversized items.

This project was realized with the help of the following firms:

  • Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects

  • Development by CGI Strategies and Adam America

  • Marketing and Sales by The Aguayo Team, of Halstead Property Development Marketing
