Investment Overview
CGI+ closed escrow on five lots located in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles in May of 2017. The combined land assemblage spanned a portion of the block between Fedora Street and Mariposa Avenue, with two of the lots situated on Fedora and three on Mariposa.
Subsequently, CGI+ purchased an additional contiguous adjacent parcel on Fedora Street, and redesigned the project as a two-building development to allow for the future operation and sale of each building separately.
The multifamily development broke ground in Q1 2020 and was completed in the spring of 2022.
