Investment Overview
In November 2015, CGI+ entered into a contract on a site located just north of Wilshire Blvd on the prominent La Brea corridor in the Hollywood/Miracle Mile neighborhood of Los Angeles. The site totals approximately 48,000 SF and is zoned LAC2.
The mixed-use project is fully entitled for approximately 121 multifamily units in an 8-story building with ground-floor retail as well as a 125-key hotel.
Located at a pivotal intersection of multiple thoroughfares as well as a future Metro train station, the project will feature a compelling hybrid of residential and commercial spaces in a modern art deco design. The project is scheduled to break ground in 2023, with completion anticipated in 2025.
