CGI+ developed two contiguous buildings in the prestigious Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan in New York, NY. This neighborhood is one of the oldest and most exclusive in the country, with a pedigree dating back centuries and some of the highest per square foot home prices in the world. Two existing townhouses were demolished to build a single, six-unit condominium building.
