CGI+ Founder and CEO
This philosophy stems from CGI+ Founder and CEO Gidi Cohen. His belief in intentional real estate investing — in knowing what investors want to accomplish, understanding the potential of each property, and respecting the needs of the surrounding community — has been a driving force behind 20+ years of acquisitions, dispositions, syndications and developments across multiple asset classes.
It only makes sense, then, that CGI+’s giving is intentional, too. That’s why we embrace the following tenets in our philanthropic efforts:

We must support initiatives to effect positive change at a global level.
We must partner with charities important to our residents, employees, and investors.
Our Work
Living Through Giving
At CGI+, the Living Through Giving program offers our employees the ability to partner with non-profit agencies to contribute in a positive and meaningful way within our local community. Each year, our staff selects four philanthropies that will receive grants for demonstrating stewardship and leadership in humanitarian ways.
Commitment to Community
CGI+ has a natural partnership with organizations working to improve people’s lives daily. We are honored to support the communities where we live and work, donating annually through our corporate philanthropy programs globally, nationally, and regionally.
Employees and our Communities
Our passionate employees contribute countless volunteer hours each year, serving on boards, acting as mentors, and participating in community activities. We support their efforts by offering paid time off to use for volunteering activities of their choice.
