CGI+ is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-growing multifamily real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles and is seeking an Asset Manager – East for our Atlanta office. Founded in 2006, CGI+ primary strategy includes both value-add investments and ground up development, largely in the apartment business. The firm’s existing portfolio includes multifamily, extended stay corporate housing, hospitality and retail assets located in California and in key cities in the Southeastern and Southwestern U.S.  CGI+ is embarking on an aggressive growth plan, with a goal of establishing itself as one of the nation’s premier investor and developer of multifamily communities in select strategic target markets across the nation.

The Personal Assistant’s responsibilities include managing the day-to-day personal tasks. Primary duties include managing a social calendar, booking reservations, planning travel i.e. confirming flights/hotels/activities, and coordinating dinner parties. Other duties include running errands, assisting with managing household vendors, placing household orders. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure, handle long working hours with a hectic schedule, have high endurance, and be flexible.  A successful personal assistant will be extremely detail-oriented and organized, a great listener, and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will also need to be highly reliable and proactive.

What You’ll Do
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining social calendar
  • Making travel arrangements and putting together detailed itineraries
  • Organizing events/engagements
  • Making reservations and placing orders
  • Scheduling household maintenance (Liaison w/ vendors)
  • Running personal errands
  • Purchase and mail gifts as needed
  • Providing support in any capacity as necessary

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ of personal assistant experience required.
  • Must be bi-lingual (Spanish Preferred)

What Will Get You Noticed

  • Concierge services experience a plus
  • Experience traveling internationally (Europe specifically) is a plus
  • Professional and polished personal presence necessary
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal & time management skills.
  • Very detailed oriented and organized w/ positive attitude and thick skin.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity
  • Flexibility and adaptability and willing to handle last-minute changes and issues as they arise
  • Willingness to work after hours when necessary
  • Must be willing and able to travel, when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
