Villa Carlotta – The Virtual Tour

Posted on June 1, 2018

Restoration is complete on our most exciting Hollywood project of 2018. When you cross through the (iron gate?) you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time but with every modern convenience available at your fingertips. In it’s heyday, Villa Carlotta was a magnet for sucessful creative artists, who gained inspiration from the space, neighborhood and from each other. We have taken all of this rich history into consideration when re-creating Villa Carlotta’s former glory.

On June 13, 2018, Villa Carlotta will open as unique extended stay property with plenty of community amenities, shared spaces and access to neighborhood services. This is the place for creative people to come together, perhaps work together, and to make memories of a lifetime.

Enjoy!

Besides the effect of, say, ongoing remote work on the beleaguered office asset class or the slowing pace of rent increases in multifamily, these executives have also had to navigate an increasingly difficult capital markets environment. I have some bad news for this group: the near-term future doesn’t look any easier. Enter our selection of Best Bosses this year. This year’s picks were made at least in part based on their resiliency and ability to position their companies for future growth, whenever that might occur. We are confident these strengths will see them through what could be choppy waters ahead.
