Hold onto your hats. Fred Silva has quite an impressive resume and brings our team more than 35 years of experience in the residential construction industry. Fred is CGI’s seasoned and accomplished Construction Manager. He has mastered the craft of project development including: conceptual planning, design development, negotiation, contract writing, forward planning, permit processing, purchasing and both onsite and offsite supervision. He has completed projects for large volume builders, mid-size builders, investors and individual clients. We are so happy to welcome Fred to the CGI family.
