CGI Strategies is happy to announce that our very own Director of Acquisitions, Andre Soroudi, has been included as a part of the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “20 in their 20’s”. Andre has been with the company since May 2019, and as Director of Acquisitions, he focuses on sourcing, analyzing, underwriting, negotiation, and executing investments for the West Coast with a primary concentration on Southern California, Seattle, Portland, Denver, Las Vegas, and Texas.
Andre has been a key player in CGI’s approach during the navigation period in the wake of COVID-19, and has been heading the search for new real estate acquisition opportunities, including distressed hotel deals, land buys, and more. Andre is passionate about social responsibility and community impact in real estate development and has been a major asset in helping CGI do its part in the Los Angeles area and beyond. We are thrilled to have him as a part of our incredible team, and we are excited for him to continue to make his mark in the real estate development sphere.
