With business travel and the need for comfort being modern realities it is no surprise that the lines between permanent home life and travel life are blurring. In the past few years our own portfolio of residential hotels has increased in popularity and in value – and our future plans are no different.

We are finding that residential hotel projects are great for investment firms, phenomenal for investors and awesome for and appreciated by visitors. Big companies are catching the drift, like AirBnB with its budding Home-Hotel Hybrid project.
