CGI’s Outstanding Press of 2018

This year CGI was well-positioned to take Los Angeles and New York by storm. The Angeleno crowd fell in love with some of the newly opened assets, like The KODO and Villa Carlotta. Days after the openings, high profile media outlets were on our doorsteps with media inquiries and we are proud to share some of our favorites with you.

This year our projects have been featured in Vogue, GQ, A Hotel Life, Tatler, Discover Hollywood, The Hollywood Reporter, Angeleno Magazine, and more. Our assets hosted private events attended by A-Listers, like Eve Denim, Gia Coppola, the family of Demi Moore, The Hilfiger girls, and many other actors/actresses, models and social influencers.

Gidi Cohen’s CGI+ plans 20 stories of apartments in Hollywood

CGI+, the investment and development firm founded by Gidi Cohen, has filed updated plans for a major apartment complex in central Hollywood. The project would be located at 1830 North Cahuenga Boulevard, at the corner of Cahuenga and Franklin Avenue, a prime Hollywood location a few blocks north of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
