CGI Strategies Introduces New Security Measures to Properties in the Wake of LA Protests

As protests across California continue in full force after the death of George Floyd, property owners brace for potential damage committed by looters, Bisnow reports. CGI Strategies has mobilized its executive team to plan strategies to not only protect California properties, some of which have stood in the path of previous protests, but also tenants. CGI has deployed additional security guards to residences in Hollywood, downtown LA, West LA, Koreatown, and La Brea. “We increased security in all of our buildings, not because we thought something was going to happen, but we wanted to take the extra mile to protect our tenants,” said CGI Partner and CFO Zion Perets.
