The Baxter Breaks Ground in Hollywood

Posted on November 22, 2021

Baxter - IllustrationCGI+ broke ground on The Baxter, an 86 unit, 7 story luxury apartment building in Hollywood, CA.

This project sits immediately adjacent to The James and will create 160 units across both buildings when completed. For the design of this project, we took inspiration from the historic nature of the street, Cherokee Ave, where most of the buildings date back to the early 1900’s. The building will pair this historic design with modern amenities such as a rooftop pool, social lounge, and gym to create an elevated living experience for future tenants.

Extending gratitude to everyone who has lent their time and expertise to this project including CD13 office, Wilshire Skyline and the CGI+ team.

I have some bad news for this group: the near-term future doesn’t look any easier. Enter our selection of Best Bosses this year. This year’s picks were made at least in part based on their resiliency and ability to position their companies for future growth, whenever that might occur. We are confident these strengths will see them through what could be choppy waters ahead.
