Traditionally an area for office buildings, Miracle Mile will be seeing a multitude of new mixed-use developments, including luxury rentals and retail spaces. Most new projects will fall into either the museum or multifamily housing categories. 639 La Brea, designed by Killefer Flammang Architects, is a proposed multi-faceted 8 story project that will include 121 residential units, 19 affordable units, and 125 hotel keys.
