With a new year, brings new predictions and trends that impact the commercial real estate market. In case you missed the annual ULI conference in October, below is a rundown on the Urban Land Institute’s look at the year ahead.

One area that has CGI’s attention is retail. We have multiple mixed-use residential projects offering ground floor retail.  We are heavily focused on dining, fitness and other brick & mortar with strong ecommerce platforms.
