We are proud to announce the successful close of Astoria, our newest project in Celebration, Florida! We’re already well into the restoration and rebranding process and excited to share a “sneak peek” of what’s to come. We will be painting the exterior, designing a facelift in the clubhouse, hallways, walkways and much more. Our anticipated construction timeline is still 10 months and given the strength of the Orlando market, stabilization is projected within 18 months.
