Investment Overview

In February 2021, CGI+ entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with the owner of 1830 North Cahuenga and 6420 West Franklin to develop a new mixed-use building. The site is located on the southeast corner of Franklin & Cahuenga in the desirable neighborhood of Hollywood.

The mixed-use project is being entitled for approximately 222 units in a 22-story building with 18,500 SF of retail space. The project will feature a rooftop terrace with an outdoor pool and commercial restaurant/lounge, offering tenants and guests some of the most desirable views in all of Los Angeles. The project will have a ground-level lobby, courtyard and other common area amenities.

Located on Cahuenga Boulevard in Hollywood CA, the project offers immediate access to Sunset Boulevard in the heart of Hollywood and the desirable Hollywood Hills. Subject to the successful completion of entitlements, the project is scheduled to break ground in the middle of 2025 with completion scheduled for end-2027.
