The K-Town Boom

Posted on November 20, 2019

L.A.’s Koreatown is exploding with popularity, and it’s easy to see why. New restaurants are opening every day, endless shopping opportunities are around every corner and the nightlife is incomparable.

With such incredible energy and vibrancy, Koreatown now appeals to not just Angelenos, but to a global audience. The evidence is splashed across social media with celebrities such as Rhianna professing their love for the area.

At CGI Strategies, we’ve watched the growth and understood the potential that could be unlocked in the area with the right investment.

That’s why we developed The KODO, which has enjoyed tremendous success since its opening, and have two more projects planned in the area: Mariposa on 3rd, opening soon, and Fedora, arriving in 2020. Housing is something desperately sought after in K-Town, but with only 2.7 square miles to work with, only the right type of real estate makes the cut.

This is why our multifamily mixed-use buildings are the perfect solution for areas like Koreatown. Attracting a global market and providing both housing and luxury commercial destinations, our properties will add the ideal touch to this effervescent neighborhood for many years to come.
