Posted on October 31, 2018

In October we logged some hours out of the office, both celebrating and being celebrated for continued progress in the multifamily industry, and for the exceptional style and unique value we offer the communities and partners that we are serving. Below are some photos from the fun events, in case you missed them.

The Opal Group Presents the Family Office & Private Wealth Management Forum West

Napa, CA

Our Co-Founder, Adrian Goldstein,  was called to be a real estate expert on the panel called “Real Estate Investing: Building, Balancing and Tweaking Your Portfolio”. Other speakers included Mike Hubbell (Portland Development Group), W. Michael Bennett (Cadence Capital Partners), Tim Blair (Shannon Walkchack, LLC) and the panel was moderated by William Lappas from Woodbridge Capital Partners.

Adrian’s knowledge of the multi-family sector and niche US markets was well-received with many questions from the audience. He captivated them and sparked laughter with his unique blend of humor and incredible insight. More and more, investors are looking to be educated and involved in their investments and are genuinely interested in their funds being used to improving communities and lives of others. Both panelists and audience members shared that they believe in multi-family as a sector that will remain steady in years to come, ahead of the real estate cycle.
