New Acquisition: Astoria in Celebration

Posted on February 28, 2019

We are proud to announce the successful close of Astoria, our newest project in Celebration, Florida! We’re already well into the restoration and rebranding process and excited to share a “sneak peek” of what’s to come. The link below will take you to our design book, which allows you to experience the project vibe. Check out the exterior color palette, interior design ideas and furnishing inspiration.

We will be painting the exterior, designing a facelift in the clubhouse, hallways, walkways and much more. Our anticipated construction timeline is still 10 months and given the strength of the Orlando market, stabilization is projected within 18 months.

I have some bad news for this group: the near-term future doesn’t look any easier. Enter our selection of Best Bosses this year. This year’s picks were made at least in part based on their resiliency and ability to position their companies for future growth, whenever that might occur. We are confident these strengths will see them through what could be choppy waters ahead.
